Working Together to Tackle Food Poverty in York
Posted on 28/7/2025
We were thrilled to welcome a generous delivery of food and drink for our Food Bank this week, kindly donated by Murphy with the support of Harmans Facilities Management.
The Door 84 team works hard to support the people of York through our Food Bank and Community Café – and partnerships like this make a huge difference.
“We are very proud to be supporting such a worthwhile cause.” said Carley Davis, Stakeholder Manager at Murphy.
Thank you once again to everyone involved – together we’re making York a stronger, more supportive place to live.
Why not join us at the Community Café
The Café is a warm, friendly space where everyone is welcome. As well as coffee and biscuits, we also provide essential support through our Food Bank and Community Pantry, helping people facing food poverty.
The Café is open 2-4pm.
The Food Bank and Community Pantry is open between 2–3pm.
