Some of our group members attend sessions on their own, depending on the support they need. We look at each person’s needs individually. Our staff are here to run the sessions, but they don’t provide personal care.

Filling out our quick and easy application form takes just a few minutes and helps us get the info we need to support you better while you’re with us! A paper copy is also available.

Giving back to the community

We’re all about creating regular social opportunities for people who might feel lonely, helping boost their happiness and wellbeing.  We believe staying connected supports good mental health!

Towards the end of each session, Caregivers have the opportunity to purchase food at subsidised prices via our partnership with FareShare. The selection of both frozen and ambient food can be bought using cash or card. Don’t forget to bring a shopping bag!
