Door 84 Youth & Community Centre

Door 84 is a youth and community hub in York, creating bridges between young people, families, parents and carers.

Started as a youth centre in the late 1960’s, the charity has steadily developed and grown, building a reputation and track-record as a trusted provider of high-quality services for children, young people and the local community.

We provide opportunities and spaces for people to come together, achieve their potential and lead happy, safe and fulfilled lives.

Youth Work

We provide 8-25 year olds a wide range of social and developmental opportunities in a fun, vibrant and stimulating environment.

We help them feel more included and empowered, enjoy increased confidence and develop new skills through trying new activities.

Since 2011 we have delivered a creative and social group for adults with disabilities and their carers.

Sessions provide an opportunity to socialise, gain confidence and develop new skills through a range of stimulating and fun activities.
