Facilities Assistant – Part Time
12 Hours a week, Salary £18,855 per annum based on a 37 hour week (Actual – £6115.14)

We are seeking a committed, enthusiastic person to join our team at Door 84! This new role has been created to ensure continual high standards in our offering as a Community Space. The Facilities Assistant will be supporting the day to day maintenance, cleaning and preparation of rooms of Door 84 Youth and Community Centre. Supported by the Facilities Manager, together with the Board of Trustees they will lead the use and maintenance of the facilities.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people, attention to detail, have skills to support day to day DIY tasks, a drive to want to work in a thriving Youth and Community Centre.
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the facilities are well presented to all users in a clean, safe and well-maintained condition. Working collaboratively to ensure all facility activity is undertaken to the highest standards and commercial income is maintained and developed.
References and DBS will be required for the successful candidate.
