Vacancy – Executive Charity Manager

Door 84 has a very rare and exciting opportunity to join the team.

We are looking for a new Executive Charity Manager to work alongside our Executive Charity Manager on a Job Share basis. 

21 hours per week (£42,800 pro rata per annum, based on 37 hour week)

Door 84 is a registered charity in the process of applying for CIO status. As a youth and community hub we have developed and grown building a reputation and excellent track record as a trusted provider of high quality services for  children,  young people, families and the local community.

We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic person to join our team, working creatively and collaboratively with our continuing Executive Charity Manager and Trustees.

The ideal candidate will be experienced of HR, managing a diverse team of staff and volunteers. They will be responsible of the development and delivery of the charity’s agreed Business Plans including Financial Strategy, Youth, Community and Facilities. This includes a building based near the city center of York worth £2 million and a turnover of £300,000.

References and DBS will be required for the successful candidate.
