Recruitment – Community Manager – Door 84 Youth & Community Centre
Salary £26,744 pro-rata (based on 37 hours full time)
22 hours per week
Based mainly over 3 days (Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday’s daytime) with some flexibility for events throughout the year (approx. 4 per year)

We are seeking a committed, enthusiastic person to join our team at Door 84. This new role has been created to keep up with the pace of our evolving charity and needs of the community we work with.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people, attention to detail and a drive to want to work in a thriving Youth and Community Centre.
The successful applicant will be responsible for running Community Projects including a Community Food/Café, Community Sparks, an inclusive group for adults with support needs to take part in creative and social activities, supporting the fundraising strategy including writing bids and attending events and supporting the development in Networking Events.
References and DBS will be required for the successful candidate.
