We have a summer programme full of fun packed activities and trips for 8-17 year olds starting from the 1st August for 4 weeks.
All activities are funded by the Holiday Activities and Food programme via City of York Council.
All places are completely free of charge for FSM eligible children and young people. For those ineligible the cost is stated within the details section. However, if cost is a barrier for anyone we urge that they speak to us as we are able to accommodate some additional subsidised spaces.
Mondays at Door 84 for 8-17 years old: £1 per session, 4.30pm – 7.30pm (all sessions will include food & drinks)

1st August – Archery, Bunting Making, Pizzas & more
8th August – Multi-sports, Arts & crafts, Pasta & more
15th August – Den Building, face painting, BBQ food & more
22nd August – End of summer party, buffet & more
Scarcroft Picnic in the Park

1st, 8th, `5th & 22nd August 11am-2pm (Free Session for ages 8-17)
Trips and Events
2nd August – Magna Trip (9.30am arrival at Door 84 & return for 4pm approx.) £10 per person (FSM children are free) includes food, drinks, entrance, and travel.
5th August – Playday Family Fun Day at Door 84 11am-3pm open to everyone
9th August – Bridlington Animal Park & Rock Factory Trip (9.30am arrival at Door 84 & return for 4pm approx.) £10 per person (FSM children are free) includes food, drinks, entrance, and travel.
12th August – Community Café at Door 84 (10am-1pm) free meal for children, open to families with a range of activities available
16th August – York Dig Trip and Door 84 Activities & Games (10.45am arrival at Door 84 & finish for 4pm) £1 per person (FSM children are free) includes food, drinks, entrance, and travel.
19th August – Community Café Community Café at Door 84 (10am-1pm) free meal for children, open to families with a range of activities available
23rd August – Family Open Day at Door 84 (10am-3.30pm)
26th August – Community Café Community Café at Door 84 (10am-1pm) free meal for children, open to families with a range of activities available
Please note these are our only sessions throughout August, usual Youth Session times will resume from Monday 5th September.
