Over the last few months, Door 84 teamed up with York St John University to conduct our ‘Door 84 Re-Imagined’ project. The project involved learning what the community, and those who attend Door 84 thought of the services we provide and how we can develop in the future. We also gave the young people attending our sessions a chance to take part in the research and help conduct research interviews, as well as, helping with designing Door 84 themed board games.
To end the project we ran an open event allowing members of the community the chance to join us at our community centre. The event was a huge success, and we had a great time showing off all the hard work that had gone into the project and celebrating the fantastic work of our Young Researchers.
The event included the unveiling ‘Door 84 Re-imagined’ mural, a screening of our young researcher interview video followed by a certificate ceremony where we thanked all our young researchers for their hard work and played the ‘Door 84 Re-imagined’ board games.

A huge thanks to York St John for all your hard work and support!
